QUINCY

NEW YORK, USA

“The Quincy” is a highly historically significant architectural renovation project. Designers have transformed the original site of the 1899 Frederick Loeser & Co. department store into a high-end residence infused with the atmosphere of Brooklyn. For this four-story building, rich in historical charm, designers have crafted a modern industrial-style interior design. The design concept of the design revolves around “extension,” using lines to give the spaces the sense of procession. The modern industrial design language permeates the entire project, complemented by the natural landscape of the center courtyard, creating a living environment that blends urban ambiance with natural hues for the residents. Project designed at durukan design.
